With respect, I want to state that I have been fined Rs 500 for not attending college for 5 days. The fact is that on October 4 when I was preparing for college, we heard the news of my uncle’s sudden death.
We had to leave for Sahiwal in a hurry. I could not manage to send an application to college. We stayed there for three days.
On the way back home, I fell ill. The doctor advised me to take rest for two days. I took medicines and rested for two days. Meanwhile, I could not inform the college authorities because there was nobody to bring my application to college.
