Here are the class 12 total marks for FA, FSc, ICS and ICom students. This page covers 2nd year (Part 2) only, using the same structure as the class 11 total marks post, and the figures below are the general Punjab board pattern, not an official notification for any single board.
In class 12, every student takes three compulsory subjects: English (100 marks), Urdu (100 marks) and Pakistan Studies (50 marks). That is 250 marks. Three elective subjects, at 100 marks each, add another 300 marks. So the total for class 12 is 550 marks in all groups.

For science subjects, the 100 marks for a subject may be split between theory and practical work by your board. An arts elective paper may also be split, for example into objective and subjective parts, as shown in the pairing schemes on this site.
550 Marks for 2nd Year Alone, Not 1100
Do not confuse the two totals. The 550 marks above are for 2nd year alone. Class 11 is a separate year with its own 550 marks, so the combined intermediate total is 550 plus 550, which is 1100 marks across both years. The 1100 figure is the combined total, not the total for class 12 on its own.
